DALLAS - December 7, 2005 - Simmons Design Associates, LLC, and Jetstream Public Relations, Inc., today announced an alliance through which they will jointly pursue new-business opportunities while providing a complete suite of creative, marketing and PR services to current clients.

Simmons Design Associates was formed in 1998 to provide branding, communications and multi-media services for regional and national clients. Jetstream Public Relations works primarily with healthcare and high-tech companies, using strategic media relations and marketing initiatives to help clients achieve their corporate, financial and operating objectives. The firm was founded as Trinity Public Relations in 2002, and recently changed its name to Jetstream Public Relations.

Simmons Design and Jetstream Public Relations have partnered on several projects, but recently, the firms' principals decided that a closer, more formal relationship would yield broader benefits for their firms and clients.
